Spark Their Imagination. Shape Their Future.
5,795. That’s how many students and educators we welcomed to our Youth Concerts. We provided another 738 hours of classroom and musical instruction and “instrument petting zoos,” often the first time a child touches a musical instrument.
Exposure to the arts can change a young person’s life. It opens their minds, builds confidence, and helps them see a bigger world and their place in it.
For many students, Eugene Symphony is where it all begins.
Real People. Real Music. Real Connection.
In a world dominated by virtual interactions, live music offers a rare antidote to disconnection and loneliness. A concert—and the orchestra itself—is profoundly human: dozens of musicians listening, responding, and creating something beautiful together.
In a time when we all need more community connection, these shared moments remind us that we come together not just to hear music, but to feel part of something larger than ourselves.
Open the Door to Music for Everyone.
We’re committed to providing free, enriching musical experiences for those who might not otherwise experience the Symphony.
We’ve welcomed 1700+ people to our Free Family Musical Adventures bringing lively, story-filled music to the Hult Center lobby. And through our Vet Tix partnership, veterans and their families can experience the healing power of live music for free.
Because the arts belong to everyone in our community.
