When do tickets become available?
Free tickets will be available beginning June 24 at 10:00 AM through the Cuthbert Amphitheater ticketing system. A link will be posted on the event page on the Eugene Symphony website.
What time does the event start?
Gates open at 7:00 PM. Enjoy live marimba music from 7:00–7:30 PM before the main performance. The concert begins at 8:00 PM.
Is Alex Prior conducting again this year?
Yes! Music Director Alex Prior will conduct the concert again this year.
How do I reserve accessible seating?
Accessible seating and additional ticket requests can be made through an online form that will be available when ticket distribution starts.
How does seating work?
Seating is first come, first served for both reserved seating areas and the lawn, with the exception of pre-arranged accessible seating. Arrive early for the best selection.
Will there be a food drive again this year?
Yes. We will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items for Food for Lane County at the concert.

The most-needed items include:
Peanut butter and other nut butters
Canned tuna, chicken, and other proteins
Canned beans
Canned fruits and vegetables
Soup and chili
Pasta and rice
Macaroni and cheese
Oatmeal and hot cereal
Shelf-stable milk
Healthy snacks such as granola bars and crackers
Please ensure all donations are unopened, non-perishable, and within their expiration dates. Food for Lane County serves thousands of Lane County residents each year through a network of more than 150 programs and agencies.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Cuthbert Amphitheater.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes. Empty, clear plastic water bottles may be brought into the venue and refilled at water stations inside Cuthbert.
Can I bring blankets and lawn chairs?
Yes. Blankets are welcome on the lawn. Please check Cuthbert Amphitheater's current policies regarding lawn chairs and seat heights before attending.
Is the concert really free?
Yes! Symphony in the Park is free to attend thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and community partners.
While admission is free, the event is not free to produce. If you'd like to help support free community concerts like this one, donations are always appreciated.
What if I have tickets but can no longer attend?
If you have tickets you won't use, please contact the Cuthbert Amphitheater box office by phone or email so they can be redistributed to others on the waitlist.
The ticketing site says no tickets are available. Is there another way to attend?

Join the waitlist: Sign up for Eugene Symphony emails in the footer of our website and select the option to receive ticket notifications. If additional tickets become available, we'll notify the waitlist.
Try the day of the concert: Occasionally, unused tickets are returned and released on a first-come, first-served basis.
